The Name Drill

This is a current favorite drill of mine to slow down a pitchers motion and allow her time and space for her body to load and create rhythm. It’s hard to have an explosive motion and an explosive pitch… slow down.

🔑 Have your athlete say their entire name out loud (first, middle, last) before they can throw the pitch.
