Can you believe some areas of the Atacama desert have never received any rain? 🤔 Because of its location between the Andes mountains and the coast of Chile, it blocks moisture from coming in and only receives 0.6 inches of rainfall a year! Despite being the driest place in the world there are still plenty of unique wildlife and landscapes, which makes it an interesting place to visit.
