Adam started in real estate as a Market Center Administrator in Florida, onboarding agents and earning Dotloop certification. In 2017, he joined the EZ Sales Team, Ohio’s #1 Real Estate Team for 8+ years.

Working as a marketing administrator for Greg Erlanger and Mike Zinicola on the EZ Sales Team, Adam quickly learned from the best in the industry. After a few years, Adam, Mike, and Greg began their own in-house real estate marketing company to service their large team (EZ Media Productions). 

In 2022, Adam partnered with Jeff Glover and Greg Erlanger to create Live Unreal Media - a Real Estate Marketing Agency.

Today, Adam is the Director of Operations for the EZ Sales Team, overseeing 13 full-time staff and more than 120 agents.
