Our historic bank building conversion is coming to a close and we are proud to see the first tenants moving in! What was once an abandoned commercial office building has been transformed into a stunning 100-unit apartment complex with modern amenities such as a dog washing station and gym. We stripped it down to the bones while preserving its original 1900’s architecture and character, blending historic charm with modern living.
