Many of you know yasminkhanstories from her best-selling trio of travel cookbooks: “The Saffron Tales,” “Zaitoun,” and “Ripe Figs.” Her newest book, “Sabzi: Vibrant Vegetarian Recipes,” will be out this August.⁠
