As a recovering perfectionist, I had a  tendency to beat myself up. No one heard my negative comments but me, but it was taking a toll. I vividly remember the day I decided to speak better to myself… in my own head. And for the most part, it worked. 

Hype yourself up, thank your body, and dance for YOU.
