Congratulations to this week’s rrigoods Athletes of the Week, the middle school track and field team!

🏆 They dominated at their conference meet this week, with the boys winning by 18 points and the girls by 43! Some standout moments:

💥 Alex M., Boone W., and Weston K. threw down in discus, grabbing 2nd, 3rd, and 4th with huge PRs
🔥 Callie W. won the 400m, broke the school record, and punched her ticket to Nationals
⚡️Thomas G. took 1st in the 100m hurdles and also qualified for Nationals
💪 Brady, Carson, Rooks, and Andrew won the 4x400m and are now ranked #4 in NC
⚡️Nora Kate, Maya, Taylor S., and Taylor B. took 2nd in the girls’ 4x400m and are now ranked #8 in NC
