Oscar Piastri takes pole position at the Bahrain Grand Prix! 🏆⁣
•⁣
The McLaren driver beat out Mercedes’ George Russell and Ferrari’s Charles Leclerc in a nail-biting Q3 finale, posting a 1m 29.841s lap. 🏎️💨⁣
•⁣
While Piastri celebrated his moment at the top, teammate Lando Norris struggled to secure P6 after a tough second run. 👀⁣
•⁣
In a dramatic session, Kimi Antonelli made a strong impression for Mercedes, while Pierre Gasly and Carlos Sainz showed solid performances. 🚀⁣
•⁣
But it wasn’t all smooth sailing – a few potential rule breaches for the Silver Arrows, plus a heavy crash for Esteban Ocon, added extra drama to the day. 🔥⁣
•⁣
The grid is set for a thrilling race ahead! Who’s your pick for the win? 🏁 #thegist⁣
