The Maryland senior has been a key player for the Terrapins throughout her college career, helping them to a historic NCAA Sweet 16 appearance this season. 🏀⁣

Despite facing doubts early on about her professional aspirations, Sellers has proved the doubters wrong with her fierce leadership and undeniable talent. 💪⁣
•⁣
From being told she couldn’t make it to now preparing for the WNBA Draft, Shy’s journey is an inspiring underdog story. As she reflects on her growth, she credits her teammates for her success, saying, 'I wouldn't have been here without great teammates.' 🥹⁣

Maryland head coach Brenda Frese also shared her praise, calling Shy a 'fearless competitor' who has stayed true to herself throughout her career. 👏⁣
