Love letters to our parents…💌

“The wildest dream I’ve accomplished so far is having the opportunity of creating a solo photo exhibition that helped me share and uplift my connections to Oaxacalifornia. It was a 3 month showcase with a cultural mix of L.A and our Oaxacan ties. This art project helped me connect with other Oaxaqueños in their twenties while having the opportunity to share my photographs captured in both Oaxaca and Los Angeles.” - mellyyt_

Melina, a proud Oaxaqueña 🇲🇽 and day 1 of KOI. Her story is our story, we are our parents wildest dreams. 💐🦋💐🦋 #kidsofimmigrants #weareourparentswildestdreams
