In the grassy park at the center of the roundabout, a pop-up festival was taking place as the riders kept circling to the left. The sound of loud conversations filled the air,, and some people cooked hotdogs and other picnic foods on portable stoves as intermittent spring showers sprinkled the neighborhood.
