All smiles because the work is done! 
(And because the__gabs has great commentary during my last Boston Marathon workout 🥹🤩)

I think this has truly been the most calm, cool, and collected I’ve been for a marathon build. 

My coach, joebosshard really had me focusing on “building my own momentum” for this cycle. 
It doesn’t matter what I did last year or the year before. It doesn’t matter what anyone else is doing. What matters is that I feel strong and in tune with my body and the rhythm it wants to run.

We are 1 week out from the Boston Marathon and I couldn’t be more ready 💥
