First hurdle workout since the Olympics!! It may not be pretty but it’s a starting point!😅 The lack of hurdling and sprinting has definitely been ✨different✨ compared to previous years, but I’m proud of myself for pushing through a challenging season. It’s been an uphill battle with the achilles issues this year but things are slowly trending upward! Season opener coming soon!
