Had the opportunity to work with an amazing power tumbling coach! In just a couple hours I was doing the best double lays I’ve done in years! Let me tell you, I’ve missed being coached🙌🏼 

coach_mike_tumbling was also teaching me how to do whips in a row, which was really new and difficult for me😂 but I eventually got the hang of it!
