## Caption

I did something crazy this past weekend... decided to run a marathon off of impluse. Completed 75 hard to begin the year & told myself I should do at least 2 crazy things a year so why not do a half marathon... IT WAS SOLD OUT. I said cool, i'll do the full marathon instead... BIG MISTAKE! But I will say this though, that feeling of pushing through the pain, overcoming the negative thoughts & conquering your body when literally EVERYTHING is telling you to quit is a different kind of feeling. 
When I crossed the finish line it felt like I won a damn championship. It was never about winnning or losing, it was me vs me & that final mile taught me more about myself than any therapist could. Sometimes you got to throw caution to the wind & do something new. Sometimes you've got to test your limits, sometimes you've got to go in blind, sometimes you've got to say I AM ALL I NEED!
