Midwest here I come!! Next week I’m headed to Des Moines, IA for the US Road Mile National Championships on Tuesday April 22nd and then I’ll stick around and race a mile on the track at Drake Relays on Saturday April 26th.
I’ve been putting in a lot of consistent work and feeling healthy and strong, so in a lot of ways, I’ve already won before even stepping on a starting line! What a great place to be. 😊 

If you’re around, I’d love to see you lining the streets for the road mile and filling the stadium at Drake Relays! I’m gonna figure out a way to do some kind of meet up too. Maybe there’s a run club I need to crash? Let me know where the party’s at, Des Moines! 💃
