Day 1 of #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek starts in a few days and you don’t want to miss it ‼️ 

From 10-11am on April 21, you can enjoy a Guided Meditation and Stretch Session over Zoom to help you refocus, recenter, and start the day on a mindful note 🧘 

In the afternoon (12-2pm), there will be a rock painting pop-up with music, candy, and giveaways at each campus Residence Life office 🪨🎨 Whether you're an artist or just looking to de-stress, this is the perfect way to take a break and connect with your senses ✨
 
Lastly, come join us for a Wellness Bingo and Trivia event at the Busch Campus McCormick Lounge from 7-9pm ❤️‍🩹🎲 Learn about wellness resources and healthy habits and get a chance to win cool prizes such as Amazon gift cards, Rutgers swag, and more!
