A few nights ago the broadway community christened the new LAURIE BEECHMAN THEATRE( thebeechman )! It was such a joy to be there to share and witness the talent that has always overflown in this safe space for artists, to hear the stories from those who knew Laurie- who fought through #ovariancancer and returned to performing- and what she meant to so many. She was a LEGEND.

The room was filled with legends and sparkling new talent alike🤍 on a personal note, I finally got the opportunity to tell andre_deshields & lilliaswhiteofficial how much I appreciate them and have been inspired by their journeys♥️ Admire loudly, proudly, kindly y’all. 

AND shout out to brauhala who played the ever lovin’ mess out of those keys for us that evening🙌🏾
