Core States Group provided architecture, small-scale procurement, and interior design from design development through construction administration for this project. 

Our Interior Design Team drew inspiration from the dynamic landscapes surrounding the site, crafting a space that embodies transformation and renewal. Guided by biophilic principles, the design fosters well-being through soft, flowing curves that mimic the organic paths of nature. A meandering circulation layout encourages exploration, while light and airy interiors create a serene retreat, inviting residents to unwind, recharge, and leave the outside world behind.
