@333northbroad, a premier apartment complex in Doylestown, PA, marked its grand opening with a celebration on Thursday, April 3rd. 🌆 

This residential community features two buildings, Building 1000 and Building 2000, consisting of wood-framed structures for the upper floors over non-combustible first-floor structures. They are both connected to the second floor by a 52’ long bridge. 

Building 1000

Core States Group provided architecture, interior design from schematic design through construction administration, small-scale procurement, and placemaking + urbanism services for 333 North Broad Street. 

The design draws inspiration from the site's history as the former home of “The Intelligencer,” seamlessly merging modern industrial aesthetics with its rich legacy. Thoughtfully placed artifacts, original and inspired, include letterpress prints in the mailroom, vintage typewriters as decor, and 1800s newspapers embedded in furniture. Large-scale typewriter keys accent the wallcovering and lobby, paying homage to the building’s origins. Set within a warehouse-style environment, the space cultivates a moody, creative atmosphere that invites residents to live, work, and play.
