Earlier this year, we shared with you our new Gender Equity Playbook for increasing the participation of girls, women, and non-binary folks in our clubs nationwide. 

This Playbook gives us the tools and direction to make progress. However, a plan without action won’t lead to the progress. Over the next few months, we’ll be sharing how Wheelchair Rugby Canada is putting #EquityInAction to advance women’s participation across all levels of our sport.
 
Stay tuned! On April 23rd, we’ll share a big announcement about supporting women in leadership in wheelchair rugby. If you know a woman or non-binary leader in our sport, make sure to share this post with them!

Plus tôt cette année, nous avons partagé avec vous notre nouveau Cahier d’action sur l’égalité des sexes pour accroître la participation des filles, des femmes et des personnes non binaires dans nos clubs à l’échelle nationale.

Ce Cahier d’action nous donne les outils et l’orientation nécessaires pour progresser. Cependant, un plan sans action ne mènera pas au progrès. Au cours des prochains mois, nous vous expliquerons comment Rugby en fauteuil roulant Canada met en œuvre #EquityInAction pour faire progresser la participation des femmes à tous les niveaux de notre sport.
