don’t let the obstacles/injuries stop you, there is always a path forward. a spine injury ended my olympic dreams, a torn meniscus had me thinking i’d never run again. but here i am torturing my body for the best through triathlon training, why? because i can and there was a time where i thought i couldn’t. 💪🏽
