Day 5 of #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek is all about Feel-good Friday 😌 

What’s more feel-good than free ice cream? Get a free ice cream ticket voucher by participating in an interactive wellness event from 1-3pm on Busch Campus (in front of One Stop) on April 25. After visiting at least 3 activity stations and learning about campus resources, you will get a ticket that you can use for the ice cream truck (first-come, first-served for first 200 people)🍦😋 

If ice cream is not your speed, come unwind at Paint & Mocktail Night instead! Visit us at Livingston Reading Room B from 7-9pm to have light discussions on mindfulness, self-expression, and the benefits of art for mental health while listening to relaxing music, painting, and drinking refreshing non-alcoholic drinks 🍹🖼️
