Frxsco Dance Sessions x Spartan Dance Center: Capital City Workshop | Part 4 - Introduces Sydney Gringorten: 

Sydney Gringorten is a passionate hip hop dancer known for hitting every beat with precision while bringing dynamic, full-bodied movement to her style.

Originally from Toronto, Canada, Sydney fell in love with dance the moment she stepped into her first class. Her journey then took her to China, where she continued her training and gained cultural experiences that enriched her movement and artistic expression. 

At age 9, she moved to Michigan and began competing in all styles of dance—but quickly discovered that hip hop was her true passion.

While training at her home studio, Sydney also joined two hip hop crews to deepen her
understanding of hip hop foundations and continue growing as a dancer. She has trained with many professionals and has had the opportunities to be in numerous music videos and productions! 

Now studying at Michigan State University, she is a member of a hip hop dance
team where she not only performs but also teaches choreography to her teammates and fellow students.

In recent years, Sydney has developed a strong love for choreographing and teaching. From private lessons to large group classes, she has worked with dancers of all ages. Sydney is committed to sharing her passion and aims to spread positivity, confidence, and support throughout the dance community.
