One of the best parts about the formbasketballtrainer is that you can work with it to focus on the parts of your shot that matter no matter where you happen to be

Sometimes it’s beneficial to just shoot straight up in the air while concentrating on your finger / hand placement, alignment and release instead of whether you made or missed a shot

And maybe you’ll get lucky with a crazy unique rainbow in the background at some point while you’re working, too (it disintigrated into the sky after about 3 minutes)
