Meet Brittany Coronado, one of our legacy CEO Mastermind Circle members, and a powerful example of how finding your internal strength - and then finding your professional sweet spot, can lead to opportunities you can’t imagine when you start your journey!

“At 18, I was juggling single motherhood and survival, knowing I had to start over. In 2009, I moved back to Florida, put my education on hold, and worked in social services - helping others while navigating my own struggles.
I never expected to fall in love with data, but I saw its power to drive real change. The problem? I was stuck in a role where my impact was invisible. That changed when three books shifted my mindset, showing me my strengths and my worth.
With no roadmap, I pursued a degree in Data Analytics, questioned the way things were done, and - when the right role didn’t exist - I built it myself. Three weeks after leaving my job, I launched my business, turning data into action and helping organizations create real impact. The journey wasn’t easy, but resilience, curiosity, and a belief in my own value made it possible. Sometimes, the best way forward isn’t to wait for a seat at the table - it’s to build your own.”
