Meet Carmen, the Coffee Shop Manager of our very 𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗻𝗲𝘄 ✨ 𝗕𝗶𝗴 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗲 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽 𝗶𝗻 𝗢𝗺𝗮𝗵𝗮 that’s 𝗡𝗢𝗪 𝗢𝗣𝗘𝗡 and located in the Catalyst building on the UNMC!👋

Carmen was born and raised in the Willamette Valley of Oregon and moved to the Omaha area in 2021 to explore greater horizons for herself and her fur-babies. She joins us with 4 years of coffee experience from her time spent in Portland, OR and 6+ years of Management experience and we are so very proud to have her as a member of the Big Grove team.

She’s a certified yoga instructor (get ready for some yoga + coffee/beer events to come in Omaha), passionate about supporting local artists and businesses, and is a big animal advocate and has been vegetarian for 12 years!

While she’s kicking off her third week with us, she has expressed: “𝙄 𝙖𝙢 𝙝𝙤𝙣𝙤𝙧𝙚𝙙 𝙩𝙤 𝙗𝙚 𝙖 𝙥𝙖𝙧𝙩 𝙤𝙛 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙛𝙞𝙧𝙨𝙩 𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙧 𝘽𝙞𝙜 𝙂𝙧𝙤𝙫𝙚 𝙘𝙤𝙛𝙛𝙚𝙚 𝙨𝙝𝙤𝙥!
