## Caption

Shocking new footage of a quadriplegic Army veteran's last moments proves his death was no accident, his family claims. Chris Skinner, 41, drowned when his wheelchair fell into a neighborhood pool in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, on September 6, 2021. CCTV footage obtained by DailyMail.com shows Skinner suddenly charge towards the edge of the pool and go over the edge. The drowning happened three years before Miller's wife, Mica, 30, was found dead in Lumbee River State Park in North Carolina on April 27, 2024, from a self-inflicted gunshot wound, days after filing for divorce.
