Our special guest instructor will be FIFA and MLS Referee Ismail Elfath. The topic will be “Match Critical Video Analysis".

Guest Instructor Bio
Ismail Elfath is a Moroccan-born American soccer referee for FIFA, MLS, and the Professional Referee Organization (PRO). He first served MLS as a Fourth Official in 2011 and made his full debut as an MLS referee in 2012. By 2016, he was listed as a referee for FIFA. 

Elfath was also the referee for the USL match between New York Red Bulls II and Orlando City B where the first on-field use of the Video Assistant Referee review took place while the then-new system was being tested.
