To wrap up #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek, come join us on Day 7 for a slow-down Sunday. 

Head to Bishop Beach on April 27 from 1-3pm for a casual picnic and fun lawn games ⛳️🧺 Enjoy the fresh air and cool off with refreshing popsicles & ice pops while you unwind with friends 🤗☀️ 

From 7-9pm, gather around the fire at Bishop Beach for a Reflection Circle. Write down something that no longer serves you and release it into the fire as a symbolic act of letting go ✨ Enjoy some s’mores and soothing tunes to end the week on a positive note. 

As we head into Mental Health Awareness Week, remember to take the time to honor your journey ❤️‍🩹, embrace new beginnings 😌, and as you attend each event, carry forward the tools and insights gained throughout the week into the next week and beyond 🫶
