HOMEMADE GINGER ALE 🫚🫧 (recipe below)

homemade version of the BEST soda. If you like ginger, you’ll love this!

Ingredients:
-1 whole ginger root
-1 cup filtered water 
-1 cup brown sugar 
-1 liter club soda 

Wash the ginger root and slice. Feel free to peel it, but it’s not necessary! Add to a saucepan, with water, and brown sugar to make a syrup. Cook over medium-high heat and bring to a boil. Simmer for 2-3 minutes, remove from heat, and cool down. Add 2-4 tablespoons of syrup to a liter of club soda and enjoy. Keep the syrup refrigerated in an airtight container for up to two weeks. This recipe yields a few liters of soda. Enjoy!
