## Caption

Yom HaShoah is the day observed by Jews and Israel to remember the Holocaust. It falls on the anniversary of the Warsaw Ghetto Uprising—the largest act of Jewish resistance during World War II. Yom HaShoah reflects how we mourn: by honoring both our strength and our sorrow, marking the moments when we fought back and the losses we endured. This duality is central to the Jewish experience.

Today, we remember those we lost in the uprising, those we lost in the Holocaust, and those we lost on October 7th—the deadliest attack on the Jewish people in a single day since the Holocaust. May this day serve as a testament to our unbreakable memory and resilience. Am Yisrael Chai—then, now, and forever.
