Each spring, #USAFA presents the 1st Lt. Roslyn L. Schulte Cadet Award—a prestigious recognition given to a Cadet First Class who exemplifies exceptional character, leadership and a commitment to service.
 
Established in memory of 1st Lt. Roslyn L. Schulte—a Class of 2006 graduate who was killed in action in Afghanistan—the award is a tribute to her legacy as a warrior, leader and role model. ❤️‍🩹🫡
 
We honor her sacrifice and celebrate the cadets who carry her spirit forward into the #FutureFight. ⚔️
