HOW FREAKING COOL IS THAT!

Pregnancy has really allowed me to admire and be proud of my body 🥹

(even when I’m uncomfy and annoyed LOL)

And honestly that’s the energy we should be embracing through EVERY stage of life

That no matter our body’s weight or appearance… it’s still there for us carrying us through every high and every low

And THAT is why it deserves to be taken care of — especially if you’re leading a demanding life in agriculture

There’s nothing wrong with working towards a certain goal weight or appearance, but!

If that’s the ONLY way you’re defining “health”, when you’re “allowed” to feel confident in your body or when you’ll fully start living life…

You’re missing out on so much ❤️‍🩹

Because health is so much more than a number on the scale, and when you start focusing on progress in different ways, you begin to enjoy the journey of it so much more

Start focusing on what your body allows you to DO and how your approach to health makes you FEEL👇🏼

Your energy, how you show up in your career, strength in your workouts and on the farm, mood, relationship to food, how clothes fit, the way you interact with your partner… those are all just as important, if not more important 🫶🏼

And the thing that I recognize makes me feel most confident during any season of life? It’s when I challenge myself and follow through with the promises that I made to myself 💃🏼
