1. Strike with the bottom "heel" part of your palm
2. Aim for the chin or the nose
3. Strike upward at a 45-degree angle — "Where the head goes, the body follows"
4. Maintain contact with the chin or nose when you land the strike in order to transfer more energy
5. Strike at 100%!
