Our April Sotol Parejo flight offers a diverse line up of small batch, handcrafted sotols from producers who continue to follow the ancestral techniques and traditions in the making of this fascinating spirit which hails from the Northern Mexícan state of Chihuahua. For five generations, the Arrieta family has made incredible sotols, despite the many challenges this niche category has endured. The Fernandez brothers, Bienvenido and Juan, are also passionate producers who are carrying the sotol torch with an eye on sustainability and perpetuating the deeply rooted customs of the vinateros.
