What is “Quacktivism”? It’s the act of leaving the land better than you found it, and something the team at lundbergfarms believes in deeply. The term is a nod to the thousands of ducklings they’ve saved from their fields over the years, and it’s a powerful symbol of their commitment to the land. The California-based rice brand is known for their regenerative organic farming practices, and they brought a taste of that to Jubilee. ⁠🌾

Lundberg fans who stopped by shared their own acts of Quacktivism, from composting to planting pollinator gardens to cleaning up beaches. They also got a glimpse of where baby rice comes from thanks to Amelia Zepeda, one of Lundberg’s rice doctors, who uses traditional plant breeding techniques by means of hand-pollination (no GMOs!) to create new varieties of rice that are not only exceptionally delicious but also compatible with Lundberg’s regenerative organic rice farming practices. Of course, guests also had a chance to sample bites and sips made with products from Lundberg and likeminded regenerative organic brands:⁠
