Something you may not know about me…. I come from a huge family. On my dads side my grandpa was 1 of 13 siblings. Our family gatherings have hundreds of people. 

On my moms side she is 1 of 6. Growing up we would do family reunions every year. I’m so grateful for my 10 aunts & uncles and all my cousins. 

It’s beautiful to see our family be there for each other in the good times and the bad. My aunts came out and cheered me on at Miss USA and Universe and they are always there for each other during the losses our family has experienced over the last few years. 

Now that we have Asher. … sometimes I think about wanting create a large family so that he can experience the love and warmth that I’ve known my whole life. Probably won’t happen living in LA lol 🙈 but I’m grateful that he will grow up knowing all the love that I’ve known my whole life by having so much family on both sides. 

I’m up here in the Pacific Northwest to be with family through a hard time again. During the hard times I find myself extra grateful for the beauty of family. 💛💛💛
