🤔 Did you know? Black people make up 12% of the overall workforce of tech, but they hold nearly 25% of warehouse jobs, and only 4% of executive roles. 

There is a severe lack of representation in tech leadership, which keeps Black voices from influencing decisions that directly affect our communities. There is also overrepresentation in the gig economy, where Black workers are vulnerable to biased automated systems that can fire them without cause and even manipulate their pay.

Black employees must be protected and given the tools they need to succeed at every level, which is why we launched the #BlackTechAgenda. And right now, we’re calling on gig workers in our community to share their stories to help us call for company transparency and fair opportunities for all employees.
