Best pub in Ireland

Joyce’s, Borris, Carlow. 

This one is a pub, a bakery on the weekends and the centre of a community in Carlow. 

This is joycespubborris a pub that used to be a grocers and an undertakers. 

It’s now home to one of the best bakeries in Ireland plurbakery , people travel from all over Ireland to visit and take a bite out of their pastries. I can confirm, they are delicious and I love what this place is about.

Thank you to owner and baker Seamus Jordan for the chat and showing me around. 

Plur only opened last year and is a dedicated artisanal bakery, Seamus grows the wheat just down the road from the pub.
