A recipe for brilliant color 🌈📜 Inside the Rakow Library, these batch books contain the magic behind creating colorful glass—centuries-old formulas, trial and error, and fiercely protected innovation! These recipes helped inform for what glass workers and designers use today to achieve certain effects in glass. 
 
It was so much fun to learn more about the history and development of colored glass. 🤓 In our upcoming exhibition ‘Brilliant Color’ open to the public May 10, you’ll see these stunning shades come to life in dazzling glass art. 🔥✨
