Morning sweetness with my little sous chef! Max and I whipped up the fluffiest ricotta pancakes with blueberry compote (thanks to galbanicheese and chefbae ). He stirred, I flipped, and we both taste-tested—thoroughly and give our first go of ricotta pancakes a 10/10 

Ingredients I used :
4 eggs
ricotta galbanicheese 
milk of choice silk 
lots of vanilla extract
baking powder armandhammer 
Flour 1:1 bobsredmill 
baking soda
Touch of salt and sugar
blueberries
Lemon 
Honey 

and a whole lot of love.
