This and grubbing with girlfriends at Rhode Island’s newest food adventure track15ri .

I brought some girlfriends to 401move which had been one of my newest homes for Pilates. I’m truly in my Pilates Princess era and have seen a crazy change in my body from when I did strictly HIIT which led to inflammation to now weight lifting and Pilates. 

Then we hit track15ri and grubbed on some of my fav spots including dunebrothersseafoodshack dolorespvd therethere_ri chaskarestaurantri and more!
