What to expect…

✅Accountability: Commit to 45 days focused on building sustainable healthy habits. You will track your workouts, commit to recovering right, and have access to at home workouts to keep yourself consistent regardless of what life brings. 

✅Opportunity to WIN BIG: Although the main focus of these challenges is to have fun and commit to a healthy life style; we do track skeletal muscle mass gain and body fat percentage lost and doll out CASH MONEY to the top male and female winners in both categories. Not interested in participating in the InBody tracking? No problem - we have fun and games throughout where you can win prizes and most importantly, bragging rights. Regardless of your goal, we want you to WIN BIG, and will support you throughout.

✅Community: We put you into WhatsApp groups so you can meet fellow Challengers, share and garner best practices, hold each other accountable, and most importantly, HAVE FUN. These challenges are a great way to stay accountable via an incredible community.

✅Nutrition Assistance: Dive into Macro Nutrition with tarynperry Introduction to Macros Guide. Get recipes from each other and via the F45 Training App. UPGRADE ($) with Taryn and samfaso, and dive even deeper into a Nutrition Education Program that’ll allow you to own your future in the BEST way.
