I am so grateful for training with you through my second pregnancy and excited to launch you into Summertime Fine on May 5th! I can’t tell you how much it means to me to show strength through all phases of my life! 
We will have ALL of our Summertime Fine Program programs available for the first time ever and our full STF experience in our new Sydney Squad platform to make sure you reach your goals through your nutrition, trainer check-ins, special guests from the health industry, recipes, meal guides, goal setting seminars, progress trackers, grocery lists, and live sessions to teach and keep you motivated!
