Ask questions 

Remember the cues, Remember the “why” behind the drills 

You’re paying for the education just as much as the workouts 

You don’t want to have trained with a coach your whole life and then go off to college, go on to pro sports, move on from sports in general… and have retained none of it 

Not every college and pro team has a great training staff. 

You need to be learning how to train at a high level away from your coach
