Taking video of training sessions in anything is so important 

Looking back I can see what I’m missing with the snap… Still trying to force the barrel forward with a rigid upper body instead of getting around the rear forearm and letting the back leg take the bat through the zone 

Christian does a really good job here and is a much better example of how this drill is supposed to look.
