𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧 𝐒𝐧𝐚𝐩 𝐃𝐫𝐢𝐥𝐥

This was one of the most effective drills for me to feel the snap 

Trying to get yourself to swing a completely different way than you have your whole life can be challenging 

What I liked about this drill is I was able to focus on making loud impact with the bag instead of just the snap

When I look at video of me trying to snap while hitting a ball, I’m just manipulating by body to still push the bat forward with my hands and shoulders

What I was able to feel here was more forearm and wrist engagement, a smoother and quicker burst of energy 

The drills are imperative because it’s so hard to get out of the “hitting” mindset your accustomed to and transition to executing the best swing you can
