New 2025 Season Pass Holders are strongly encouraged to pick up their wristbands and get their photos taken early to avoid lines at the start of the waterpark season. Renewing Season Pass Holders can use last year’s wristbands, or come in for replacements. Wristbands can be picked up at Roaring Springs Guest Relations Office Mon-Fri 9am-5pm or at Wahooz Office Mon 10am-4pm and Tues-Sun 10-5pm. Starting Sat, May 10 wristbands can be picked up during regular waterpark hours.
