A 22-year-old man has been arrested after a crash involving a U-Haul van killed one University of Delaware student and injured seven others on a busy Newark street Tuesday evening, police said.

Gordon Turner of New Castle is charged with second-degree murder and assault in connection with the crash. He was wanted in multiple states, including Georgia, Pennsylvania and Maryland, according to Newark police.
